MUSIC & SOUND DESIGN
Produced by Ten Toes Media and directed by Dean George in celebration of International Women’s Day, we were thrilled to be a part of the post production for this one.
The music was all sample based, creating a really analogue texture and soundscape for the 16mm film visuals to sit on. Originally, the soundtrack to the credits had a lo-fi hip hop beat bringing an upbeat, climactic feel to the film but a decision was made to really pair back the music and we love the end result!
Sound design is added throughout, recreating all the diegetic sound of the film combined with some more stylistic cassette, projector and 16mm camera sounds to emphasise this analogue piece of film.
