MUSIC & SOUND DESIGN

A wonderful project to craft the audio for. From the outset, sound design was to sit at the same level as music so it was crucial for them to work in harmony with one another, while also letting Ruth Wilson’s fantastic voiceover come through.

Music was based off our library track ‘Trent’ but extended to a longer, 2 minute version. Being such a sparsely composed piece of music, this gave us plenty of space for the sound design to sit.

Sound design was kept very natural, aiming to trick the viewer into thinking they’re listening purely to diegetic sound where in fact it was all sources and created within the walls of our Peckham studio.
